Santa Claus is Coming to Town

 Last night, we took our annual visit to The Bass Pro Shops to visit Santa and Mimi joined in the fun! This year was MUCH different from last year. You were SO excited to see him and sit on his lap to tell him what you would like for Christmas. We prepped you a lot this year and it helped that we said he would love to see your train, so you took that with you. There were a lot of fun activities for the kids to do - a carousel, cookie decorating, coloring, writing and sending a letter to the North Pole, a train set, and more! We had such a fun time and it made me so happy to see YOU so happy!

 Santa Claus is coming to town!

This is last year's Santa picture. He had a much different reaction I would say! What a difference a year makes.

 "Hi Santa! I want a Thomas and a Kevin (crane from Thomas)."

We definitely do Santa, but we also talk to Cohen about celebrating Jesus' birthday. That is the most important reason we celebrate Christmas. He knows that the presents under the tree are because it's His birthday. When he says his little prayers at night, he asks me, "Jesus get cupcake? Happy birthday to you?" I love the magic of Christmas!
